1. What type of support comes with the Auction Scripts software after purchase?

We provide 30 days of technical support via email after delivery / installation of the software.

2. Can my merchant account system be integrated into the Auction Scripts software?

The script is currently setup to use Paypal and one particular merchant account (iBill.net). You could modify the script as necessary to integrate your merchant account system in place of iBill. Some basic knowledge of Perl and HTML is required to do this.

3. Can I make Auction Scripts look like the rest of my site?

Yes, the Auction Scripts software is 100% customizable.

4. Do you offer customization services?

Availability and cost of customization is determined by your customization needs and our available time and resources. Please contact us for further information.

5. Can I change the categories on the main page?

Yes. To do this, very basic knowledge of Perl and HTML is required. Instructions to modify categories are included in detailed comments within the software scripts.

6. Does Auction Scripts support reverse auctions?

No, the Auction Scripts software does not currently support reverse auctions.

7. Does Auction Scripts support different languages?

No, Auction Scripts does not currently support languages other than English.

8. Does Auction Scripts support different currencies?

Yes, Auction Scripts does support different currencies. The same currency must be used throughout the site.
